Designed to Discover.
Made to Create.

Welcome to The Creative Collective.
Every child is born with an unstoppable sense of wonder. They ask big questions, see extraordinary things in the ordinary, and love to get their hands messy.

Community

A "collective" means nobody creates alone. Kids get to collaborate, share ideas, cheer each other on, and make lasting friendships rooted in shared curiosity.

Creativity

Every child is born to create. Through our structured yet imaginative programs, children are given the freedom and the tools to explore their God-given creative spark and bring their biggest ideas to life.

Craftsmanship

We don't just make crafts—we build skills. Kids learn valuable, hands-on artistic techniques, working with raw materials to create high-quality pieces they can take pride in and use long after the program ends.

More Than an Art Class

Designed for Busy Families

We know how hectic family schedules can be, so we've built this program to be as seamless and flexible as possible for parents.

  • The Schedule: Our curated programs run as immersive 4-week series, meeting once a week for an hour and a half of dedicated making time.

  • Ultimate Flexibility: You are never locked into a long-term contract. Take as many 4-week blocks as you want throughout the year based on what is available.

  • Flexible Payment Options: Choose the path that fits your budget and lifestyle. You can seamlessly pay per individual class for ultimate week-to-week flexibility, or secure your child's spot for the entire month at a time.

  • All Supplies Included: There is a simple, one-time registration fee when you join, and we take care of the rest! We provide all high-quality tools, premium materials, and mess-friendly supplies for every single project.

  • Drop-Off Optional: Our classes are fully drop-off optional, making it easy to fit into your family's busy routine

Fostering Character & Community

Our 90-minute sessions are intentionally designed to build both creative skills and strong character. We don't just hand out supplies and stop there; we treat our studio space like a true collaborative community.

Throughout each class, kids are actively encouraged to step up, present their unique ideas to their peers, and share their creative processes. And because being a good neighbor matters, we wrap up every session by working together to clean up our spaces. Through sharing and responsibility, your child learns that they are an essential part of a supportive crew.

Some of Our Classes

July 7, 2026 - Handmade Accordion Sketchbooks: Bound for Inspiration
$25.00

The Experience: We are stepping into the traditional world of bookbinding with a vibrant, modern twist! In this hands-on craft workshop, students will construct their very own hardcover accordion-fold journals from scratch.

Beyond Boring White Paper: A creative mind needs an inspiring space to play. We are skipping the plain white notebook pages and building a continuous, expanding canvas out of rich textures, unexpected color backdrops, and heavy archival surfaces designed to handle heavy media.

The Craft: Young designers will master structural paper-folding, wrap custom heavy-duty chipboard covers in gorgeous decorative patterns, and bind a functional, free-standing art journal.

The Lifelong Value: Your child won’t just walk away with a book; they’ll walk away with a personalized creative vault built to hold endless summer sketches, colorful paint swatches, and a lifetime of big ideas.

June 30, 2026 - Hand-Sculpted Clay Personality Letters

June 30, 2026 - Hand-Sculpted Clay Personality Letters
$25.00

The Creative Spark: Kids will sculpt the letters of their name, their initials, or a powerful word that describes them (like Brave, Kind, or Creative). Then, they get to completely customize and decorate those letters with paint, embedded gems, or carved textures that reflect their unique personality, favorite hobbies, and likes.

The Imago Dei Connection: Because the foundational truth of our program is that every child is uniquely and intentionally designed by a Creator, a project entirely centered around who they are is a beautiful, tangible reflection of that reality. It gives them a space to celebrate the specific, individual personality traits and gifts they’ve been given.

The Practical Skill: Understanding typography and 3D form, learning hand-building techniques (scoring, slipping, and smoothing clay), and discovering how to use visual symbols to express their personal story.

All 4 weeks
$95.00
July 21, 2026 - Beyond the Brush: Abstract Acrylic Layering
$25.00

The Vision: Because we are made in the image of a creative God, our imaginations are built to explore. In this session, we study the active, hands-on energy of Genesis 1.

The Experience: Ditching traditional brushes, students will use studio squeegees and industrial scrapers to pull, drag, and layer vibrant heavy-body acrylics.

The Skill: Kids will break free from literal drawing to master the art of abstract composition, texture-building, and color-layering on a rigid panel.

July 28, 2026 - Multi-Media Collaboration Piece
$25.00

The Creative Spark: Every child starts by creating an original vibrant artwork using bleeding tissue paper, markers, and oil pastels. Then, the magic happens: the original artist cuts their piece into segments and passes a physical piece of their work to every single person in the room. Each artist integrates their friends' pieces into their own canvas, layering and building a brand-new design around those shared gifts until a beautiful community mosaic is formed.

The Community Connection: This project serves as a profound, living lesson in generosity, trust, and connection. It visually proves that when we willingly share our time, talents, and pieces of our lives with others, everyone's individual story becomes richer, more vibrant, and beautifully interconnected.

The Practical Skill: Advanced composition and layout, mastering bleeding/transfer techniques with tissue paper, fine-motor scissor work, and learning how to seamlessly blend disparate textures and mixed-media elements into a cohesive 2D design.

Every child is a masterpiece, made to create masterpieces—together.

FAQs

1. What ages are your programs designed for?

1

Our upcoming soft launch starting June 30 is intentionally focused on curious kids ages 7–12. These sessions are specifically engineered to transition away from simple crafts and move into real artistic training, challenging older kids' problem-solving skills and expanding their creative confidence.

Looking ahead: We plan to expand our schedule to include a dedicated, once-a-week session tailored for ages 4–6

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

Not at all! We believe in ultimate flexibility for busy families. You can choose a pay-per-class option to join us for a single 90-minute session that fits your week's schedule, or you can secure your child’s spot by booking a full 4-week thematic series upfront. There are zero rigid, long-term contracts.

Can I drop my child off, or do I need to stay?

Classes are fully drop-off optional for children ages 6 and up. You are welcome to take those 90 minutes to run errands, grab a coffee, or simply enjoy some free time. Of course, if you’d prefer to stay and watch your child’s creative process unfold, our studio space is always warm and welcoming to parents!

What do we need to bring to class?

Just your child and their imagination! Our simple registration fee is completely all-inclusive. We handle everything—providing professional-grade tools, premium raw materials, specialized mediums, and even the messy cleanup. We do recommend that kids wear clothes that can handle a little stray paint or clay, though we keep things as mess-contained as possible.
